Payment options

iDEAL

As an internet banker you can directly use iDEAL, without having to sign up for it. With iDEAL you can settle your online purchases safely, easily and securely. You settle in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. If necessary, look for more information on the iDEAL website.

iDEAL offers you a number of advantages over other payment methods.
• iDEAL is just as familiar, safe and easy as internet banking 
• iDEAL is supported by the major Dutch banks 
• Access to internet banking from one of the participating banks is sufficient to make use of iDEAL 
• Control and overview on the payment 
iDEAL was developed by ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank and Fortis.

How does iDEAL work?

1. After you have placed your order, choose the payment method iDeal with the payment options and then select your bank.
2. You will then be redirected to your own bank where the payment order is ready for you. You will be asked by your bank to enter a number of details and you authorize the payment.
3. The amount will be debited directly from your payment account and your order will be processed by us.
4. You will receive confirmation of your order and payment from us.

iDEAL is supported by the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Deutsche Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RBS, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers

CreditCard

You can pay with the MasterCard and VISA credit card. This is done via an SSL-secured server, which sends your credit card data encrypted.
After verification, your order can be sent immediately: ordered on weekdays before 5.00 pm, delivered tomorrow! Your credit card details are sent securely and are not stored.

PayPal

You could also pay via PayPal. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website immediately after ordering. If you are already registered with PayPal, you can log in with your user name and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also register as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment. At the time of confirmation an authorization will be made of your PayPal account, your order will be processed immediately. Once you have received your order, the outstanding amount will be credited from your PayPal account.

Mister Cash / Bancontact

With Mister Cash / Bancontact, Belgian account holders can now make online purchases using their bank card. Safety and reliability are absolutely guaranteed.
Belgian customers who bank with the banks; Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank can easily settle their orders via Mister Cash / Bancontact.

Bank transfer via bank / giro

By choosing the payment method bank transfer, you can pay the order by transferring the order amount by bank transfer, stating your order number. The necessary details for the bank transfer will be represented after selecting the payment method. Transfer can be done via a transfer form or via internet / electronic banking. Your order will be sent immediately after receiving your payment.

Order procedure

You select the products you want to purchase by clicking on "place in shopping cart". If you want to purchase more than 1 item, click on "Continue shopping". If you want to remove an article from the shopping cart, click on the trash can icon.
If your shopping cart is filled as desired, click on "checkout".
You can order as a guest but you can also create an account and enter a username and password so that your details will automatically be entered in a subsequent purchase (this is optional). Enter your name and address details now and choose a payment method to pay via iDEAL (= internet banking), credit card, or another form of payment we offer, and your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.

The PakjeGemak collection points are easily accessible locations, such as the supermarket in your area. You do not have to be at home anymore to receive your package.

You can choose from 2,200 locations connected to PakjeGemak. The PakjeGemak collection points have extensive opening hours. For example, over 600 locations are open until 8 pm or later on shopping nights. Approximately 1,600 locations are open on Saturdays.

If you want to make use of this collection option, you can select it for orders from € 30.00 during the order process of bouFFante.nl.

Cancel

Cancellation of an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been sent.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. bouFFante.com will refund the purchase price excluding the order costs, after undamaged receipt of the return shipment.

Cooling off period

With bouFFante you have another 14 days cooling-off period on top of the statutory 7 working days, which makes a total of 21 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions are specially assembled products for you. The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging. For more information, see article 5 of our terms and conditions.

Returns

Do you want to return the entire order? the items received must be returned within 21 days to the following return address bouFFante.com will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning are for your account.
The shipping costs are also at your expense when you return part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned will be refunded to you excluding the shipping costs.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known in writing to bouFFante.nl. This can be done by e-mail, fax or post. You must in any case mention your full name and order number.
We also need your IBAN NUMBER for the repayment of already paid amounts.
Please note: the account number you specify for the refund must be the same as the account number of which you have made the payment to bouFFante.com. This i.v.m. possible fraud with refunds.
Amounts paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of a return shipment.
